It is in PERFECT working condition. In my opinion, these are the best SQ drivers Orion ever made. Pictures don't do it justice...it's so much more gorgeous and beefy in person.

PMAX is 1000 watts, but I don't know is that is RMS. Worst case senerio is it 500 rms.
