Orion Hcca10.2 10 ?????

What do you guys think of this sub?? "ORION HCCA10.2 10"

I would be getting this amp to go along with it. "Orion HCCA-D2400"

Of course with a 0 Guage kit. But if it sounds good, what else would i need to make it work correctly without any electrical problems? I have been out of the car audio scene for awhile.
