Orion HCCA Motor Questions

I've had this 12" HCCA sitting in my garage for over a year. The basket is broken due to shipping. Has anybody ever refitted an HCCA motor with a new basket and cone? I'm interested in hearing some ideas if it's worth trying... Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Nice find! Thanks! I'm gonna try to get a few more ideas. Thinking about contacting fixmyspeaker or psi. See what they can do for me. I'm thinking about running a sundown or ti basket. Not sure about the size yet. Probably 12" or 15"...
