Orion HCCA 12's With MMATS D300HC - Safe?

I have two (2) Orion HCCA 12's in a 4.5 cu ft enclosure. I am planning on getting a MMATS D300HC amp. So, I will have a 2-ohm load on the amp. Does anyone know if the HCCA's will be able to handle this much power for daily driving? Also, will my electrical system be able to handle this much power for daily driving?
