Orion HCCA 12.4 or digital designs 3512 custom subwoofer?

hey guys I currently have a Orion HCCA 12.4 subwoofer, anyways I have a guy who wants to trade even for a new 2013 custom built by eagle, sundown team member digital designs 3512 carbon fiber, subwoofer with triple stack magnets, prototype coils he says it can handle 2000 RMS daily with no problems. The speaker looks great and I was wondering if this would be a good even trade or not?

looking for something with a little bit better sound quality not so much as an SPL speaker. But something that still hits really hard.

I listen to just about any kind of music rap country pop everything really, is the 3512 digital designs going to be the right speaker for me? I want great sound quality instill some pretty decent hard hitting bass!
