Orion hcca 10" pair??

Was wondering if anyone could help with some questions I have. I have a chance to get 2 Orion hcca 10.2" pair in box built for them was wondering I have been doing some research and sounds like they get nasty with in mind of proper wiring upgrade and proper amp is this true or spend money in something else??

I had some 12's they got loud on a saz 3500 on .5

Got a chance to actually pick em up cheap so from sounds of it lol I will get em ya he has also a skar audio 2500.1 for em too. That is a perfect amp for em right??
