Orion H2

My friend just got the 2 units Orion H2 (will post pictures later) and need help on the box making ....... he wants 2 separated box but I told him to go with just 1 ... anyway... can anyone help us out on a box desing or at least tell me what do I have to look for?

Manual say 1 cu.ft at 2500 watts and 1.5 cu.ft at 1500 watts both vented .... any tips would be apreciated thanks
