hey can a orion 2500d take 3 alpine type x all at 2 ohm which im guessing would be like .5 ohm or somwhere around that without mods and still be ok for everyday driving

a noob should be running 3 type x's. one is loud enufff

i just bought a type x tooo, im having trouble picking a amp to run it

yeah but just finally calculated it and its .6 ohm for all three wired in parallell. i got a good deal on 2 of the x's just waiting to get everything together.

Three dual 2 ohm subs works out like this....

wired in parallel=.3 ohm

wired in series parallel=1.33 ohms.

all 3 are dual 4 ohms wired at 2 ohms a piece. hence in parallell .6 i could be wrong though.
