Would this be enough power running it at 1 ohm getting 2500 RMS to push 2 MTX 9500 15's to their potential or at least close in a ported box built to specs?

They aren't too demanding, they're rated @ 13.8v and my stock electrical pushes it fine.

Yes. I have a Orion 2500 with a stock electrical (130amp alt, 630cca battery) and it handles it fine, except at night I get some dimming. If I did the big 3 it would probably handle it. You have a 200amp alt and the big 3, it will handle it fine.
Those 9500's will get loud with that amp:veryhapp: just set your gains right
