So what's this rumor going around saying " 20.1s can do .0825 all day long and put out insane power under 1ohm"

I am glad you did something differently and finally tested this amp rather than hoppping on the wagon and agreeing to what most people say on this forum.

they are extremely powerful when provided proper juice..

at 10 volts.. nope.. they ain't that good..

doesn't change the fact its still a strong, and nearly bulletproof design..

its just not the amp for him.. because of the load, and current strain..

and its not an amp for everybody, and every install..

its no secret they love the current... I'll clamp mine tomorrow and show you..

maybe if somebody around here had an orion.. I'd see what it does in an IA 20.1 happy setup... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I'm getting more power out of a 20.1 on 12v then anyone else.. I doubt it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

well a test was done with a Z1 vs a 20.1....off one NSB90, on a charger around 15.5v....and the Z1 was 1.5 db's louder than the 20.1....i forgot what ohm loads they were at though....bye bye 20.1's for me...

sounds about right.. the z1 is rated for 3k into 1 ohm, and does more as it drops in impedence..

that might be the amps to look into... but they pricey..

I'd be all over Z1's if I could find one. I am not about to send DD 1,500 bucks to wait a few months not knowing when I ever get my amp. It's to bad they're customer service sucks so much bawlz.
