Orion 25000 amplifier

Can any one tell me about this orion amp. The only thing that is says on it is Orion 25000 I went under google and i can not find any thing. It is solid chrome. very long and very nice looking. But i dont a clue about it. I want to know any thing about it. And what would be to much to pay for it. It is used but man this thing pushes very hard. I was told it was 5000 watts but dont want to get messed over on it. Any help will be greatly apreciated. Thanks
