Sold Orion 1200d

yea and that 12000rms @ 1ohm is rated at 12.5v not 14.4 so ur def. gonna make more than 1200rms more like 1400-1500 and the 2400w is the max power and thats gonna be alot higher 2!

there very solid amps!!

its 475rms at 4ohm 725rms at 2 ohm and 1200rms at 1ohm and thats all at either 12.5v or 13.8 i know 4 sure that its not the usual 14.4v

whatcha got to trade???

BUMP!

sorry, not trying to trash your thread, just correct someone.......

the only thing i hate is that its overrated.. the rating is 2400...thats not gonnahappen with that amp... i just ordered a 2500d... little too late

if you knew how they came up with that max rating, you would understand its very capable. It was a competitor named Ben Sams, with Dominic Iraggi, that tested the 1200d's on 17 volts, at .5 ohms. They told Orion tech support about their test results, and somehow it worked its way back to marketing. They were getting over 2300 watts outta each one on this test, but keep in mind that no daily street bumper will ever see this kind of power, but it is capable in the right hands........
