+ or - what one is what?

just bought a set of components and on the tweeters there are 2 wires a solid black one and than another black one with a grey stripe.

what one is the + and what one is the -?

just hook it up and if it sounds outta phase switch the wires. it wont hurt anything being backwards but it will sound off a little. usually the striped ones are negative

OP, hook them both up the same, but I would guess the ground in audio wiring is black.

My tweets were similar but the solid color was the positive (+) and the one with the black stripe is the negative (-)...again, as long as you hook them up the same on both sides you will be fine.
