OPTI vs. Diamond Audio

Which one would be the better amp to use for 2 10in MA AUDIO HK100XC subs: Diamond Audio's D61000.1, or a Lanzar Opti1000D? This is for SPL purposes.

Diamond amplifiers are built like a rock.

Lanzar Opti's are so-so.

For SPL purposes i would run the DA.
