If you don't like it, go Firefox or turn off the firewall and virus scanners and run IE for 4 miuntes and see what happens.

I got a key, and i still prefer mozilla...that's y I asked, what makes opera better?

i got this and I am getting use to it there are a couple of benefits and downfalls but overall I like it better than IE and it resembles the mozilla interface somewhat... but some of the control options are nice... like being able to have 3 tabs then closing it, and reopening it with the tabs still there ... that is nice

yes it does but when you close the browser in opera, and then reopen it later the tabs are still there with the web pages that were on them...

opera loads up fast on startup and also loads faster than IE when loading up a page. everything is quite organized in opera too. Also when u have a custom theme for win xp, you are able to change colors or even download cool themes to match your opera skin to your win xp skin.

if the pages were that important you wouldnt shut down your browser. why not just minimize

well now I can do research and if I have to leave I can shut off my computer and not have to worry about looking for those pages again

Open Source: My mistake about Opera - I was using it on my Mandrake box, so I assumed it was open.
