I am making a spread sheet for my meal plan for my 2010 training. the problem is i have all my foods in Diet Data sheet(47 foods) this is image 1. now the problem is when i go to my "food log with quantity sheet. and pull my selection list down in one of the cells it only shows 27 of my foods.

ive tried re-organizing the list and moving complete rows to different locations, i can not figure out the issue

Are you using a vlookup to locate the foods in the second sheet?

It would be way easier to setup an access database.
