But she isn't winning. I'm pretty sure she doesn't even know its going on. But I was automatically mad at her when her dad proclaimed that SHE wanted it back, and that SHE didnt want to talk to me.

Perhaps this is why I don't have kids. If the brother was my son, I would have told the little shit to mind his own **** business. If the daughter(snatch) came up to me, I would tell her to be mindful of the deals she makes next time. If parents keep handling shit like this for kids, how do the kids learn to take care of their deals in the future?
The brother is getting involved so he can play around with this welder. He is playing the Ex-BF(op), his sister and his own dad in 1 swoop.

I say meet the brother to give him the welder then weld his ******* closed and keep feeding him, and feeding him and feeding him.
I never understood asking for shit back after you break up. If you love the welder enough fight it if it was given to you as a present. You will win in court if it comes down to it (no clue how much a welder cost) as long as you did not promise to pay for it at some point.

But this kid is not normal. He was bed so much shit at school last year (7th grade) he would act sick for weeks on end. They finally pulled him out of school, and put him in a private school.
Although the private schools here only go to 8th grade, so mommy and daddy are paying extra who knows how much money for him to finish high school thru the private school.
This little butterball is the kind of kid that comes to school with a shot-gun.
It doesn't help that both mommy and daddy have gambling problems and neglect the both of them.
The problem isn't the welder its self asshat. Its the fact that we agreed to be civil after the relationship, and now look what happens. I'm pissed because everyone is getting involved; that shouldnt be ****ing involved. I called her and told her last night I didnt give a **** what was going on, and that she needed to get her shit straight and take care of it herself. She seemed to listen, but heh.....................................
Well thats the thing, her dad KNEW I was gone. Perfect opportunity for him to snatch it and for me to have no say in the matter. Because he talked to my mom before hand we were here, and she told him to let us handle it. he agreed. Even though he agreed, the day we leave he talks to my dad at the school basketball game and says he needs it back the next day. So now today, my dad is going to give it back.
I mean my dad cant really say no to him, when another adult asks for his childs stuff (especially something as expensive as that) then my dad cant really snake out of that. So it'll be gone today.
