lol this happened to me last year. it took 3 months, i waited one month for them to email and say sorry not in stock and then i called in and they stated well we wont have this model in stock until we have more orders for it and then i said get me this model instead.... waited a month and called back and they said we will have this in stock in 2 more weeks.

I will never buy from them again. Sonic for me right now.

I just called them and the chick said the Cerwin vega dealer was not very far from there location and said it could take up to 2 weeks, so idk.

this happened to me with my 880PRS. i ordered it, waited and it was out of stock. then they gave me a deal on the 800PRS (after i asked for the deal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) and it ended up going in my favor.

edit: customer service was good in my case.

Anytime I order from any site, I call first so I know for sure it is in stock. Some sites have out of stock on their site, other places don't.

Sorry, but you can only blame yourself. I have done plenty of bussines with onlinestereo.com and never had one problem with them. To be fair, I always call first to make sure. Their shipping is on par with the best of them.

exactly what I was gonna say...you HAVE to physically call to make sure. I think most companies do not even want to advertise if it is or isn't in stock. Especially "isn't". They want exactly what happened to you to happen. They got you money and business while you get to wait for god knows how long for your gear. it sucks! sorry man
