I haven't really been keeping up them the caraudio world lately but recentlyone of my freinds came to me seeking advice.

He is looking for 1 or 2 12" maybe 10" in a small enclosure. needs amp and sub for 200-300 already has wire and is building his own box he listen to rock, lamb of god and the likes. I was thinking a small ported tuned low with maybe 1 decent 12 would work best for him but was intrested in some of the new sub models and what ever esle poeple would suggest.

decent out put but more sq over spl so maybe sealed i don't. And no he isn't me i a happy with my current setup and not happy with the amount of money i have, hince the reason i haven't kept up on the car audio world lately

I know of a good sub that will give your friend some SQ with rock... MTX 8500. I had that sub and I loved it. I decided to sell it just to change up the system. Sounded great with rock and with rap, it got low. There is someone on the board who is selling one for cheap. Takes on 300 - 700 rms.

WEll I have two 12' infinity's they are the 05 model, they hit pretty well, they arent insanely great but for rock music they would be perfect. Just leave something here, i sent you a pm its 150 for both with enclosure or 75 for one with enclosure
