for the carpet port thing, i just router it out with the chamfer bit and set it low enough that the chamfer cuts a little bit into the wood before it starts it curve, then you can just tuck whatever you covered the box in into there, works nice

 
what size subs and on how much power to put up that number
2 stock 12 inch btls and 2 1500s strapped at 2 ohms.

What mids/highs are you running and where is the amp for them?
the amp is under the floor. its a sound stream amp with infiniti kappa perfects in the front and i think references in the back. for some reason it keeps up with the bass pretty good..
