Sold **One item per thread**

Per the admin there is only to be one item per sale thread. Any thread that has been already made will be allowed to stay, but from this moment on any new thread with more then one item will be deleted.

I did discuss it. by saying no. and its stupid.

The server will have alot more to process because of more threads taking up more space causing more lag.

Its simply stupid to do that.

Something that I like on some of the other forums is that there has to be pics and a price posted when you post an item.
I'd much rather see the pics/price change rather than one item per thread...

yeah, I didn't like the way I was pm'd by mikeoftulsa or whatever. I have respect for mods, but to threaten me when obviously I didn't know it wasn't allowed since I've had maybe 10 threads and everyone else has multiple items in there's I've been registered for almost a year on here and followed alot longer and I've seen more theads deleted since there were multiple from the same user selling one thing than anything else.. not trying to be rude, but it seems as though there is tension among the ranks and not so much communication that's why I get confused when different mods say different things and mike pm's me, so I got kinda cocky in my thread, nG says it's fine kinda indirectly, then jntar deletes my thread, then I suppose nG put it back lol... can I buy my way into being a mod? I'll only edit my posts back lmao. j/k, :beer: we all need to have a drunk of something yummy...

We decided that the classifieds needed to be cracked down on. Mike was just helping out. The multi-item rule is in a major grey area and we are wanting to discuss.

In theory I think its a decent idea. But only in theory, in reality I don't believe that it would work. It would put a HUGE strain on the server, and a pain in the *** for everyone involved IMHO.

I believe Ecko072Unltd 's first deleted post on this page made sense. Would it seem logical for you, jntar, to have to end that thread and make 7 different ones? I can confidently say you would not like it.

Why not just add a limit? If there is 1 item per listing I think having sections for each kind of product would un-clutter things a bit.(I wish this was here anyway)
