what should i do as far as exterior work? i don't want to do much, but i was thinking headlights. are Halogens the headlights with the blue tint? those shits look bad.

also, could anyone refer me to a website where i can check out some ground effects kits?

seriously don't put anything in a neon you can't take out and put in your next car. (ex: car audio shit can be taken out and put in another car).
