Built a box that can fit in my trunk. Well it can fit. Just not fit in the opening. Any suggestions? How hard is it to remove the trunk arms and stuff?

I did the same thing...almost. It was being held up by less than 1/8th of an inch so I just pulled the soma***** out and rounded the edges....
