Yes.

Hyperflex is still the most flexible wire I've used. I would like to get a few feet of Knu's Fleks to compare all 3.

Also, the "curl" test isn't very accurate because someone could easily stress the wire to fudge the picture. I can tell you there is no way I can get the wire to curl as the OP did without significant stress applied to the wire.

is the knufleks the oval cross-section stuff? Because if it is, that stuff seems like it should bend really well with the small width that it has in the correct direction. Seems like a pretty **** good idea to me.

Knu Fleks is very similar to Hyperflex, however people on here have said it is more flexible.

After some practice, I found the right combination of settings and light. Here are some good pictures... (Excuse the dog hair)

Both wires pictured are sold as 1/0.

Left is Welding Supply Ultra-Flex. This is true 1/0. Right is Kicker Hyperflex. Kicker is 2/0 in size. As you can see Hyperflex is huge.

Yes, normally welding wire goes by the AWG rating where as car audio wire does not. You will find that there is car audio 1/0ga wire that is actually 4ga wire and 1/0ga car audio wire that is actually closer to 2/0ga wire by the AWG standard.
