OMFG 10 volts : (

CapacitorsMakeBabyJesusCry.jpg

Well......all I can say is they helped my system regardless of what everyone says.

Where are you getting this reading? There is a potemeter in the cap that you have to adjust to change the voltage. You need to use a volt meter to get the correct reading and then you adjust the potemeter to the correct voltage.

Ok you guys sold me into not getting a cap. I'm gonna call up Dominic @ iriagi and order a 260 amp alternator? Should I still install a CAP in the back or just straight up 1/0 ga. to the amp?

I'm getting the same reading on my AVIC-N2 In dash GPS from its voltage gauge, the voltmeter on my dash, and voltmeter right before the amp.
