Older TC9 motor?

I have 2 first gen mojos with the tc9 motor.. What size is the vc? Can I find out without ripping it apart? I was told by a member they are 1.5" vc? And I searched it on google and found that some people were using 3" vc? Very confused. Can someone explain?? Thanks!!

I'm pretty sure most variations of the tc9 use 3" voice coils. 2.5" would be the smallest it would be. Mids have a 1.5" VC. I don't think I've seen a subwoofer with a 1.5" coil. (Probably are some though)

the older mojo was a tc9 dual 1" slug which ment big gap and a 8 layer coil will fit.

there is alot of subs out there with 1.5" coils in the entry level...
