Old School US Amps US400 Question

Ok i just wanted to know if anyone could help me out here before i potentially blow this sweet *** old school amp.

I am considering running a couple subs on it that would bring it down to a 1.75ohm load.... i know it can go 1200@2ohms.

Does anyone know if this amp would be stable or would i blow it up right away or maybe it wouldnt even work ? any info would be apreciated...

It should handle, these amps were built very good. I had one back in the day, and I regret getting rid of it. What kinda subs?
