ok i need to know if anyone has the same setup i have....with the aiwa HU and the xplode 6x9s. i finally gave in to what everyone has been telling me and I did it....since i bought my stereo recently i returned it and got a pioneer...like everyone said to...it was the lower end model...i think dh1400or something....i was so disappointed the aiwa pumped out way way way way better sound and power and SQ....so here is what I am thinking....i think it is the speakers........which of course everyone says they are shit too.....but together??? who knows?? maybe aiwa + sony + SQ??? or does the dhp1400 just really really ****...i am no genius and I guess I dont know what good sound is but I know that the aiwa definately sounded way way way better that the pionner....dont worry i returned it...so what do you guys think does aiwa **** by itself while sony sucks by itself but when combined it is magic or am i just full of shit....all opinions very welcome...

alright personally i don't think aiwa is very good and sony is worse but i won't hate on your stuff just b/c i dont like it, your buget may be less than mine. now as far as pioneer goes, i would take there h/u's over many other brands out there including aiwa, i'm thinking your aiwa is probably a higher end deck than what the pioneer you used was. i haven't personally used anything lower than the 7300 pioneer deck my buddy has the 3400 and he hates it with a pashion. basically pioneer makes really great deck's in my opinion, just the lower end stuff isn't that great.
