ok, so i got the dash off the caddilac, and now my wires on my HU don't fit with the ones on the car, is there a certain thing to get to fix this? Is it a wiring harness, and if so, what is the purpose for them?

purpose for wiring harness is so that u can just plug and play, not to hard to install BTW.

yes. you need a wiring harness. it plugs into the cars harness. otherwise you have to cut off the cars harness and hard wire it. i highly recommend you get a wiring harness.

yea u can get them for like $8-$10 at your local walmart.. go get 1

Look on the back of the tiny box, it has like a mllion cars per harness. Pretty sure you'd find one, if not you could online.

i got 1 at car toys for 13$ for my s-10
