I'll say it again. The different size subs are none of my concern, so get over it. Nor am I concerned about what you think is ghetto or not.
Get a clue people. The SPL of my setup was higher with 15" and two 10" together than it is with either one 15" or two 10"s by themselves.. In fact, a friend of mine with six 10" subs stated it hit way harder than his even. Probably because of a lack of raw power, but still. You can't assume subs of different sizes always cancel each other out. I've proved that to myself and others in my town as well.
I am asking is my new setup is correct because my amp has a bad capacitor in it and I don't know if my previous installation had caused it smart ***.

If you had it hooked up before and it ''hit harder than anyone else's'' then why can you not wire it how you previously had it?
