has nothing to do with money and has EVERYTHING to do with location, time, and being planned out. I had around 250 street races before retiring and never got close to getting caught because the cops were never around.only real street racers with 8-10 second cars can get away with shit like that. they have the money, the power to escape, and everything they do is planned. **** anyone who thinks theyre bad *** and try to race everything they see on the road.
The "real" races go down in the wee hours of the morning in secluded areas with a few spotter cars and that's it. You can get a race off and be gone in under 2 minutes.
Ricers and other amatuers ruined the sport, so I got out of it, but have no regrets...
