you can sell you house and loose 7% of what you paid for it or you can buy the next house up which will make your awake 0 and you wont loose any money on it.

That item isn't equipped, or isn't yours to unequip.

you have to unequiped before you can donate. the only options that I have in my inventory list for it are unequipe or repair. I repaied it once for 96,605 dollors and i went from -31 to 0 and thats it.
