the doc diagnosed me with heart problems at 17. You CAN die young, its just not "normal" . But yea i doubt the only thing natural about his death was the earth grown weed they found in his system lol

Death by a "natural cause" is more of a legal term rather than a medical term. A natural cause could be anything from heart disease to a form of cancer, as well as strokes, or any infection or respiratory failure. So it could have been any of those, or any other "natural" ailment that caused heart failure, stroke, etc..
