I was probally about 230lbs when I graduated (2005) and had since dropped 70lbs and gotten down to 160. I lost the weight because I pretty much changing my lifestyle because of my new job. I went from cooking at Buffalo Wild Wings (which was basically standing in one place and eating fried foods 50hrs/wk) to working in a hospital where I walked/ran probally 5+ miles a day, lifting various heavy things (patients, stock, equipment, ect.), and barely got a break let alone have time to eat anything.
I kept the weight off and stayed right around 170 for about 2.5 years. Since I was laid off about a month and a half ago I've put 15lbs back on. My problem is I never exercise(d) outside of work, I did enough in an 8 hour work day that I didn't need to. Now that I'm at home with no job and no money all I do is sit on my *** and eat when I'm not out jobhunting.
F*ck I need a job..
