No because once again I bring up INTENT. SM never had INTENT to carry through with it. If he has spent a single dime, or hell if he even tranferred a dime from his paypal to a bank or wired up 1 amp he got, that proves his intent was never to give back.

SM was a joke carried too far. His intent was never to take and keep money. He did deserve a timeout though. I have agreed to that before.

Why don't you get a tally of everyone who has donated and have a list and lets see if anyone actually gets a refund which he is really pushing.

How do you know no one intends to. This just came to light yesterday and you don't just get someone in court the next day.

Additionally it probably isn't cost effective for most of these people to pursue as their damages were too little. I am certain criminal charges could be filed though.

So what exactly did this guy get for free... afaik it was a little bit of money and some wire and maybe other small install acessories, but I doubt he came out with hundreds of dollars on top... maybe he did, but it doesn't seem anyone really donated anything, they are just mad about the stiuation. But i don't know what he got.
