georgia tech vs iowa....nope.... ohio state vs oregon ill probably watch it because of terrel pryor... florida vs cincinatti...nope they should've put TCU and boise state up against the big time schools..so the whole nation can see if those teams can play with the big boys if the BCS had done that then that would make the bowl games more interesting....dont wanna watch no **** GA tech vs Iowa...the hell outta here with that shit BCS
It's funny because you don't want to watch it because you probably don't like the teams. G.Tech v/s Iowa is a great match-up. Johnson's option offense against Iowa stellar defense. That's got great game written all over it. It will be down to the wire. Who gives a shit about Pryor, its the Big 10 vs someone other than USC. That's something you don't see every year. I would have liked to see TCU play Florida, I personally think TCU is a better team than Texas. Boise St, has proven to be a BCS contender over the years so this is an interesting match-up I believe. I still think TCU has the edge. Cinci v/s Florida is the only BCS game that has fail written all over it. Then again, with Strong leaving for Louisville, and Kelly leaving for Notre Dame. It could go either way. I would like to see Tebow crying again.

Get past the Nebraska defense? Umm they only put up 200 total yards against Nebraska, and only 13 points. If it were not for the late personal foul penalty they wouldn't have even had a chance to kick that last FG. Nebraska has an outstanding defense I agree, but their offense is something horrible. I want to point out the McCoy threw 3 ints against that defense, if he does that against Alabama it's no contest. I also want to point out that they rushed for under 20 yards, again, that's not going to be good enough to beat an SEC team. I'm not sure why you think Texas is so good especially with the cupcakes they played this year. They haven't impressed me at all in any game except against Oklahoma State. It's easy to have really good stats when you don't play anybody. They had what 3 quality opponents?
I wish Texas would beat them, I really do. SEC or not I don't want Alabama to win the NC. I just see Alabama as a superior team.

Anybody wanna bet $100?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Yes ... http://www.bodog.com/

I find it hysterical that Auburn promised to sell more tickets than Tennessee in the Outback Bowl and is why they ultimately chose Auburn over UT. Less than 24 hours after the announcement of the bowl games UT sold out it's share to the Chick-Fil-A and is dipping into V.Techs allotment. Auburn still has tickets available to the Outback.

bama is going beat texas like a red-headed step child, and i will laugh the entire time. sucks that the gators lost, but, obviously, the better team came to play.
florida got out coached, and outplayed on all aspects, too many dropped passes and too many fouls.

but still gotta rep the SEC, go bama!
I can't decide if just a few plays could've changed FL's doom, or if they really got whipped bad and I'm just somewhat in denial.

- Dropped pass to Rainey very early in the game. Seemed to set a bad tone.

- Cooper 1 yard short of 1st down on opening 3rd quarter drive; Punt leads to AL TD.

- 3rd qrtr I think, we've got AL at like 4th & 7, offsides penalty leads to 4th & 2, AL goes for it & gets it: TD I think

- Probably too late by then, but Tebow's interception in the end zone down 32-13 sealed it for sure, if it wasn't already. Tebow's Gators are not a come-from-behind team; Fortunately (for me) they rarely had to be.

I could have some of those facts wrong. We just didn't have the big-time playmakers this year. Occasionally somebody would look like they're breaking out, and then, no, it was just an occasional big play. I didn't realize at the time how valuable Louis Murphy was. Kinda like I didn't realize until afterwards how good FL's '06 D was.

We didn't have the offensive playmakers and for once this year the D couldn't stop 'em.

Yeah I know. 2 out of 3 will have to do, now that 3 out of 4 is gone, and 3 out of 5 seems very unlikely.

Still better than having to talk about 1 out of {insert # here}, though!!

What you should be worried about more than anything is recruits. Miami looks to be on the uprising. Florida State just hired one of the best Florida recruiters in all of football, and you lose Charlie Strong (your best Florida recruiter). The reason Florida has been dominant as of late is not because of Tim Tebow, or Urban Meyer. While they did take part in it. It was Miami, and FSU having sub-par success in the last 5-6 years. We all know Florida has relied solely on in state talent, they were able to cherry pick through the Florida kids and leave the 2nd choices to other schools. Now you have to compete with USF as well as FSU, and Miami. It won't be so easy to recruit those Florida kids. The evidence is already showing. FSU just had Jeff Luc commit, who is arguably the best LB in the state of Florida, possibly in the country.

NCAA eyes use of UT hostesses. Haha. Do you think Kiffin has a target on his back? 2nd investigation since the season started. They're diggin deep to try to get him.

I find it funny that the reporter that broke the story is a gator grad who has wrote negative articles about Tennessee and Kiffin from day 1.

I also find it hilarious that they seem to dwell on the 6 secondary violations that Kiffin has, when there are programs that have 10x more. Ohio St. averages like 50 per year for the last 5 or so years but you don't see that making headlines on ESPN. Oh, BTW secondary violations are things like buying a kid a candy bar, giving him a ride in a non university vehicle, using a smoke machine, etc.

i think its messed up how brian kelly was arguing for his team to be in the national championship on sunday then by the end of the week head to notre dame and not coach his team in the bowl game smh
