Well it didn't take long for the polls to get shaken up. USC has leapfrogged UGA and taken over the number 1 spot.

I really hate the poll system. So I would like to know; what exactly the bulldogs did to lose the #1 spot? I mean they won their game in a big way for starters!That's without like half of their team (because they couldn't stay out of trouble during the off season). I mean seriously if they were good enough to be ranked preseason #1, why have USC jump them(for beating a team from a average at best conference)

IMO preseason polls should be thrown out. If polls have to be part of determining the National Champin of college football, why not let the first polls come out around week five. I mean cupcake teams are out of the way. And teams have played an inner conference game or two. This would allow for voters to have a little more information to try and make judgements as far as the polls go.

I'm not saying USC is over rated. My gripe is more with the polls. I mean I don't think UGA did anything wrong that should have warranted them getting jumped. Somehow they were voted the #1 team when the polls initially came out. I would like to see preseason polls done awy with. First poll after week four or five. Gives the voters a chance to get a better look at teams before makng judgements.

Did you see any of the USC - UVA game? USC looked like an NFL team playing a high school. It was impressive even though I will agree that the media has its favorites. It seemed to me that Pete Carrol was being modest with play calling most of the second half, but USC just keep running all over UVA. Hence the move to the #1 spot.

Well Chris "Beanie" Wells is supposedly out of the game against USC, so looks like my team is in some trouble today. They struggled against Ohio last week, granted they looked stellar in the 2nd half, but this is not Ohio.

Would **** for USC to lose to us with out Beanine though, lol! I hoping for a good game is all win or lose.

Go OSU! I needs to keep the faith!
