I was at work today and two of my managers tried to get into an argument with me about how Ohio State plays a cupcake schedule which is true but they also went on to say how Notre Dame's strength of schedule is so much harder than OSUs. Which to me doesn't seem true just on the fact alone we play more ranked teams. Can anyone find me a link to the 2008 strength of schedule rankings?

Florida has to show up to play. They can't play like they did against Mississippi and beat them, that's for sure.

Since that loss when have the Gators shown any signs of a letdown? I mean honestly they have been firing on all cylinders since the loss.

If Florida takes care of business against the Semis on Saturday, the game against Bama will determine who plays for the BCS title. I don't see Florida falling on their face against Bama.

Alabama has been the team that looks prime for a loss.

Texas still has the victory over OU in their favor, and look at Florida's record against top 10 teams this year. Oh wait...they haven't played any.
Should be Texas Vs. OU in the MNC.

How about the people controlling college football find a way to add a playoff system to college football.

In my opinion non conference champions shouldn't be eligible to play for the BCS title. Here is an article(filled with what ifs) the writer shows a BCS title game with conference champions who are actually ranked 5 and 6.

I think Obama was asked about college football, and stated he wanted an 8 team playoff system.

Maybe he can get something done.

I could see a non conference champ winning the BCS title in a playoff system. Obviously that team would have beaten conference champs on the field.

he can't get anything done..he is our president not Joseph Stalin..besides that there are contracts that are signed and noone with power in the NCAA wants a playoff system because they would LOSE MONEY

I'd quit watching if they went to a playoff system. That would end the debate over rankings and that is most of the fun...
