LOL, yea he may need a few years, but the critics aren't gonna give it to him lol.He needs a couple years to try his system, then if no success, yes fire his ***.
You are probably right about the critics not letting him get a few years. I see them doing something about it next year if they have similar results as they did this year.

Last year we had a kid who immigrated here from Africa, Tajh Sho-Johnson. You remember that name, because if he keeps his head on straight he will be playing proball one day.
Ahmad Bradshaw (running back from NY giants ) came through our league about 10 years ago, and this kid had 3x as many yards as him.
He was a star on his little league team lol, ran me over quite a few times ( I was MLB )Thats cool!
And how can you forget that name, lol!
Ahmad Bradshaw would be a star back on most teams, but he has Jacobs and Ward in front of him.
I didn't know he got in trouble a lot, but don't personally know him.
Only famous football players I knew that I played with was Jason Paris, which he wasn't famous, he was a long snapper for the Chicago Bears practice squad, lol!
I am related to Joe Montana's wife though, distant cousin or something like that. Never ment them though, lol!
