i didnt comment on lebron the other night, but whats all the hype about? i mean look at Ginobili, dude had 46 against Cleveland recently on 15-20 shootin in 40 minutes...thats efficient as all hell. remember the dude had 3-40+ games in a week all with about the same efficiency. thats insane...whats funny he doesnt boast about it. even in post game he is humble and speaks about improving.

not to mention in that mix he had a "bad" night with 30pts, 12 AST,3STL, and 6 boards. the man is hitting his stride and overall the guy is interesting to watch...balding spot and all.

I agree the Ginobili isnt getting the hype he should for as well as he is playing. He is putting up Kobe like numbers yet barely gets any press.

well, the league knows he is not really a sixth man. its cool we can deal with little to no press in turn for them rings.

You still can't even compare Ginobilli's numbers overall with Brons. Come on now Bron is Averaging 31ppg, 8rbds and almost 8 assists a game with 2 steals a game and 1 block a game. If he don't win the MVP, then something is wrong with this league. And I am not saying that because I am a Cavs fan. I personally am not that big on his attitude as of late.

it will be a showdown between bron bron and kobe this year, just because of how well the lakers are playing. but bron's got my vote

Yeah, Kobe is always up there. Across the board numbers wise Bron still is putting up better numbers. I seen a thing on Yahoo with the people picking between the two and Kobe was winning like 59 to 41%. The experts were taking Bron though.

And he plays on a better team. If Cleveland was a little closer to the top of the East I think he would have a better shot but since they are in fourth place and double digit games behind Boston and Detroit I would have to give the nod to Kobe as well. No disrespect to Lebron as he is a beast, but I just see Kobe getting it this year.

being first/second in the west with what was considered a mediocre team at best a year ago is a feat in itself. gasol helps this year, but so far its only a quarter of a season. what kobe has done is huge compared to how he started this year.

I think Chris Paul should be MVP this year. He's put the same numbers as Nash did in his MVP seasons and has elevated New Orleans to one of the top 3 teams in the west.
