we will just wait and see what happens, the west is crazy strong this year and i think that there are many teams this year that could take the spurs in a 7 game series. (lakers, utah, golden state, nuggets) we will just see

The spurs are getting hot at the right time that is for sure and are looking very good.

The Spurs have always done bad defending their title. I like how Detroit is flying under the radar. Everybody is hanging off the entire Western Conference and Boston's nuts. It works well with the Pistons since they always do well when they aren't expected to win.

Not one time has a team over 45 wins not made the playoffs. Only once has there been a team with 45 wins to not make the playoffs. (since expanding to 16 teams)

But yes over .500 and not made playoffs has happened numerous times.

I almost want to see NO pull it out in the West. I like their team a lot. Chris Paul if he stays healthy will go down as one of the best ever at his postition.
