I think Boston is still the team to beat in the East. They have 3 superstars that actually can play together with out their ego's getting in the way. To me that is something else. I don't think Detriot as well rounded as they are could take them in a long series. I think they are the two teams to beat, but wish I could say Cleveland, but they are just not as impressive as they were the last couple years. I hope I am wrong about them though.they are doing great, dont get me wrong, but i dont feel that they can take them in a 7 game series. i feel that they have 3 amazing players but they dont have a real leader at the pg spot, or a decent center. perkins has never been much and doesnt grab the boards her should be. rondo is very young and has amazing potential but i will think he will fold under pressure in the playoffs. cassell now signed with them to give them even more veteran leadership, but he is 38 going on 39 and his body cant take the rigourous beating the playoffs put on a player. kg can pass the ball out of the post, but where is the point guard leadership. detroit has been meshed together for 4 years now, and i feel that chauncey will lead them past the teams that they face. tayshuan is in my mind one of the most underrated players in the game, even though his stats dont show wicked numbers, his effect he has on the game when he is there is crazy. there will be matchups that detroit can take advantage of which will help them against the celts.
Cassell was a good pick up for them being it gives Rondo time off when needed and Cassell is a book of basketball education and excellent in the club house. One of the better people around. That just makes them even more deadlier.
I can't stand Tayshaun. Something about the guy that bothers me. Maybe cause he never seems to get mad, I don't know, lol! Detriot is an excellent team. To Ice, I will say they **** though! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
