from what iv heard the 360 version is better looking and pretty much better in all cases.

IGN stated it and it is true, 360 version soffers from some lagging in bringing in buildings. PS3 doesnt ahve it because of the way the hard drive is used

Yeah i read that as well.

but to me it didnt seem like there are to many load spots on the 360, just when ever there is a cut scene witch i dont mind at all sense most of the cut scenes are funny as hell.As far as being out in the open world i havent had a single time where the game froze up for like a second to load....they did a great job with this engine i cant wait to see it devolped even more.

red lights? **** no I got a elite they are fixed and dont do that ...if it did factory 3 year warranty without paying extra. BTW you payed $300 more than i did for laggy mutliplayer n shit graphics.... ps3 has 1 good thing METAL GEAR SOLID.
