Ya know, I hate to say it, but...I really like the way CACO has their classifieds organized. I mean They've got it broken down into each individual component (amps, subs, HU's, etc) then each one of those sections breaks down even further (mono amps, 2-channel, multi-channel). It makes finding what your looking for a lot easier. I mean here, it's pretty much everything car audio related just gets thrown into one section and it's almost impossible to find stuff. People list an ad and after an hour it's off the first page and gone. So unless someone is looking specifically for that item and searches for it, it will never get found. Good point, i forget there's a classifieds section here cause CACO has always been so much better organized with their classifieds section I just go there instead.

Goob hinted at a possible all new classifieds setup....I do love that we have the iTrader feature now. I recall like 2 months ago, I mentioned that it would be nice if we could get it and everyone bitched at me and told me to just go to CACO

Now all those same people are all like "OMG, Goob great idea on the iTrader, it's awesome" >_>

We have tried it that way in the past, but it didn't work. Too many people posted in the wrong forum, or posted multiple items in the same post, that really cluttered things up. Not saying it wouldn't work now though, but going by past experience....

Anyone else agree that we should try seperating the classifieds? Classifieds are a really big deal on this site and any way to help make things better, etc. im all for.

I agree about seperating it but I don't really see the need to seperate it after its seperated, like on CACO.

Amplifiers

Subwoofers

Components/Coaxials

Electrical (Wire/batteries/alternators/fuses/ect.)

Then maybe a Misc. section for all other shit that doesn't fit into one of those 5 sections. My .02

Im a little schocked too but yes, i believe a more organized classifieds would be nice. Delete all the ads from a certain date back and seperate what we already have and then have sections for all the new shit. I agree on that, that would never ever work here. Way too many posts. Would be another headache.
