Well, this thread failed a hell of a lot harder than i expected.

My edit capabilities of the first post are now gone... I'll bold new song in every post that has one from now on.

U.S.D.A.- Go Getta(remix). I used this song yesterday and did 9 139.9's in a row.. Peaks at 38-39hz. You just have to be careful with the little movement in the notes on there. The bass cuts out for about half a second, for me that cut out was really noticeable when i was trying to move my score, there's virtually no output on that note. Another downside is the consistent bass doesn't start until 1:38.. so when your resetting the track for your next run make sure you don't restart the track, just rewind it back to 1:38.

I use Peaty pablo- vibrate.

i listened to vibrate some more.. really, its consistent.. just probably puts a bit more stress on your equipment since the output isn't constant.
