The best thing is, is how Kobe and Artest talked shit to each other all series. Lets see how that works out. Not a lakers fan, but would have liked to see Ariza stay instead of getting Artest.

I don't know about Artest being a better player, maybe this year, but in the three year contract long run, it would be Ariza. He played pretty good the whole playoff series, not saying anyone wouldn't because Kobe is right there... But IMO I think it was a bad call.

I wouldn't be opposed trading Hamilton and Prince for McGrady. It'll free up 20 million for 2010.

they have to get someone to replace Artest and I guess that's the best they can do right now.

The Palace is a nice building. The Pistons aren't leaving the Palace anytime soon.

Lansing -- Gov. Jennifer Granholm has signed legislation aimed at keeping the North American International Auto Show in Michigan beyond 2010, preferably at its current home in Detroit's Cobo Center.
The new laws signed Thursday call for a nearly $300 million expansion of Cobo and the creation of a regional authority to run and renovate the aging building.
