What's even better is, Detroit would also have enough money to sign Bosh or Boozer along with Lebron.
the Pistons will not have the money to sign both LeBron & Bosh, Boozer maybe, but not Bosh and Bron, both players will get max deals...by the time 2010 rolls around, Detroit will have spent some of that cap money to fill their depleted roster. Both Bron and Bosh will sign deals wherein their starting salary will be roughly $17.8-$18.2m per current the CBA rate of increase...that's over $36m, more than they will have when Sheed and AI expire after the season...Boozer would only stand to make roughly $14, that MIGHT work if they get creative...Personally I would just take a look at resigning Sheed, but it's so far down the line now, you wont know whos realistic until then...they extended Rip today an extra 3 years, so maybe Prince get's moved in that time for a PF or C...

Stuckey/Rip/Bron/?/Sheed aint too shabby...

I know the season is in infant stages, but I have to homer it up and give my man Dwight Howard some love...The Magic are off to a choppy start, but adding new talent, it's to be expected to a degree...Howard has just lit it up, over 4 games he's averaging 22 points/14.5 rebounds/4.5 blocks/2 steals/3 assist/3 turnovers...hopefully he can keep it up...almost 5 blocks a game is NUTS...Mark Eaton, is shitting in his pants...

also, Derrick Rose is a monster...Rockets looking very good...Toronto's starters looking nice...not surprised by the 76'ers, I didnt like that deal from jump street, Brand in my eyes doesn't fit their scheme...Watch out for those Clippers if Baron can stay healthy...

Just imagine if Brand stayed with the Clips. For once, the Clips would be worth watching as much as the Lakers (other than that one playoff run).

I doubt as much as the Lakers, but they would be pretty interesting to watch, that is certain...But I think they did well in the off season...Baron/Mobley/Thornton/Camby/Kaman/Gordon/Jordan is a nice core...plus they have some nice role players in Ricky Davis, Jason Hart, Tim Thomas, & Skinner...and they got Mike Taylor, one of my favorite pickups in this years draft...

Amir can start at the PF. I also believe Prince is a free agent in 2010 but I'm not sure. The Pistons are projected to have 35 million in cap space. They certainly can sign Lebron and other good players.

McDyess has said he will not wear a Nuggets uniform and wants a buyout so he can come back to Detroit.

Prince is signed until 2011...As for McDyess, want in one hand, shit in the other, see which one fills up first...Rex Champman just said he will not buy Dice out...so Dice is either a Nugget or retired...

I won't believe it till I see McDyess take the court as a Nugget. He made it clear before the season started he only wanted to play for Detroit. he said it before the trade went down.

right, I got that, I knew that before you said anything...but its not up to him...his contract belongs to Denver now...he has no say so at this point...if Denver refuses to buy him out, hes done unless he plays for Denver...you keep saying the same thing, but the fact remains, the decision is Rex Chapmans, not McDyess's...He would hurt Denver's cap space if he decided not to play for them, but Dice isnt that kind of guy and he and Rex are friends...so im going to bet that if Rex does indeed retain Dice, Dice plays it out for them...

And McDyess said he would retire before the trade happened, I'm sure they had an agreement ahead of time about a buyout. The Denver Post is reporting the Nuggets will buyout McDyess anyways.

so if rex champsman does not let him play the pistons basically ****ed him over? why would he want to play for us after that?
oh no, Rex and the Nuggets want him to play, they need another interior player big time after letting Camby go to free up cap space...The deal is that Dice doesnt want to play for anyone but Detroit apparently, he really hates moving...So he is basically saying buy me out and let me return to Detroit...But Rex and the Nuggets are insisting that they are not interested in buying him out...Dumars took a risk on the deal, if he indeed intended for Dice to return...it happens...I'm sure Dice wasnt the make or break...Kwame Brown is probably happy as shit now...

oh alright i see now. well probably see in a couple days what happens.

that info is stale, Rex was interviewed by Travis Heath around 8:30 tonight and he said he couldn't wait to get Dice suited up, he also said Denver had NO plans of buying him out...

He wouldn't be allowed to play for Detroit if Denver doesn't buy him out. I am almost positive Detroit and Denver had an understanding he would be bought out. He was only included to match the salary.
