Ariza is already a good player, I just don't see him being a star player.

With Yao out and McGrady not being the same, even if he stays a Rocket, he indeed will be their star player. I don't see anyone else.....maybe Aaron Brooks and a good player if he had a chance to start could be Carl Landry.

With Yao out and McGrady not being the same, even if he stays a Rocket, he indeed will be their star player. I don't see anyone else.....maybe Aaron Brooks and a good player if he had a chance to start could be Carl Landry.

Just because Ariza will be the only option in Houston doesn't mean he will be good. In fact, that makes him worse. He can't shoot or get to the rim with regularity, and benefited playing the wing with Kobe.

Ariza will not do much playing on a team that has no strong post players and no strong wing players. Aaron Brooks and Shane Battier aren't going to be getting Ariza wide open spot up 3's like he got repeatedly in the Finals.

LBJ is a great player, even though there are a lot of things I'd like to see improved. It's just his attitude (or what I have seen of his attitude) that I really don't like.
