***Offical 08/09 NBA thread!***

Word and I hope it is us vs the Lakers in the finals. Truly see who is the best of the best, although the Lakers scare me. We looked like shit in the regular season agains them, but seems we have our A game working right now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Yes, I have been to a few games since LeBron has been with the Cavs and even been to a few games back in the day when Price, Nance and Daughtery all played together.

One of the games I had front row seats agains the Timberwolves last year and Bron sweated on me, lol! Not really, but he is even more amazing in real live action close up.
lol at him sweating on you. Ive got to talk to him for like 2 seconds at Rolling Acres mall. He is really one sincere nice guy. yes, the lakers scare me as well. you and I take a trip to L.A. and club kobes asss? HAHAHA the old school games would have been nice, but Lebron just brings so much spirit to the place now and the city of cleveland is one of the best places to hang out after a cavs win. Im sure you know this though

I was joking about him sweating on me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I am all due for a trip to LA. Haven't been out that way since I was a kid, but I am game if you are, lol!

Old school games were the shit, but Bron does bring a lot more to the table, no doubt about that.

Cleveland is crazy after any game, win lose or draw, haha! I usually try to dart out of the city after games as I am half tanked and ready for a brawl at the drop of a hat, so have to watch myself with the crazy peeps that are in the same boat as me. I tend not to get to drunk at home, but get me out at a game, seems the shit goes hand and hand, lol!

Woot to LBJ winning the MVP finally! He is the man this year and rightfully so.

DWade had some amazing stats, but his team is just so-so, kinda like what Bron has put up with the last few years with his amazing numbers.

Least justice has finally prevailed!

Go Cavs! Seems like forever since we played, lol!

Denver looks good, but at the same time Dallas just wasnt good enough this year, they put a lot into beating SAS, and SAS was just that bad in these playoffs...Dallas just aint ready to compete...

you told me that?

I dont even think I needed you to tell me that...but I definitely do not recall this...

it is what it is...1-1 on Boston's home court is still better than 0-2...

Might have been someone else. But I mentioned how good Rondo was going to be and you or someone else said he is nothing special. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif Maybe it was about if he got hurt how it would hurt Boston as much as if they lost Garnett. Something like that.

True, but didn't Philly win in Boston too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

idk about that...besides, I havent talked to you in ages...and, this is the playoffs now...

Philly did beat Boston in Boston (once last season), but not in the playoffs they didn't and considering Orlando does = Philly, and how well Boston is on the road in the playoffs the last two seasons (4/11) I would say Orlando is definitely in trouble...

that pisses me off. kobe is one of the dirtiest players in the league but you never hear anyone mention it.

the bad thing about it was i think they threw artest out because they thought he was making the "throat slitting" motion to kobe , or whatever you call it, and all it seemed he was doing was saying that kobe elbowed him in the throat.
