. . . o m g .....

impressive.

i'm a little skepitical considering the music playing on the video didn't match the speakers, but i'll give them the benifit of the doubt //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i have heard 2 5 1/4 avis do that in a multichambered bandpass in the back end of an extended cab pick up. the guy lives in detroit competed in iasca sq. i dont know if he had that kinda output though ( cant tell from video) but he only had a 200 watt pionner amp on them. sounded awesome but i hate bandpasses they all got holes where they wont respond well. aka all have a point of crappiness to them even some people i really respect in the industry swear by them but while at isca finals i put in diff music and umm like a said they got holes lol

hahaha, that's hilarious...i guess i can believe it, and that TRULY lives up to the old phrase....

"10% product, 90% install" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

kinda inspires me to go make a couple of boxes for some 6.5's lol, maybe 8's...

that shit is tight. i wonder what box they using? also, they speakers right? no woofers, just plain speakers? if so how can you produce some deep deep bass that is comparable to at least 1 15''?

this is a little on the extreme end..but i have seen and heard a thunderbird with 25 5.25 focal subs...same surface area as 5 15's..and that's how hard and how low it hit...big box..big port..little sub...

to matador...those are 6.5 SUBS, generally used for mid bass...kicker makes them, focal has the 5.25..bahn has them..many manufactorers make them for the midbass in sq cars...

wheeeeeeeeeeeeee

I don't get it, the box is either re-enforced or is doing one of those "wave guide" things like the "bose radio".... a really long port. What I don't understand is why they didn't want to show the car get metered but they did interview about a dozen people.

it is a simple horn design, not very uncommon. you could do the same thing with the same ratio of output with 2 15" subs, but the box would be gigantic.
